Now the legend actor Naseeruddin Shah has also given a big statement regarding the film.

Anupam Kher, Mithun Chakraborty, Darshan Kumar and Pallavi Joshi starrer film ‘The Kashmir Files’ tells the story of the exodus of Kashmiri Pandits in the 1990s. The injustice done to Kashmiri Pandits has been shown on screen under the shadow of terror.

Naseeruddin Shah questions ‘The Kashmir Files’
Recently, while talking to a news channel, Naseeruddin Shah took a dig at the film ‘The Kashmir Files’. In the interview, the actor criticized the film and said that the suffering of Kashmiri Hindus shown in the film is almost imaginary. On the massacre in Kashmir, Naseeruddin said that when you talk about genocide, you get slapped on the wrist and this is double standard.

Vivek Agnihotri replied
Reacting to Naseeruddin Shah’s talk, the film’s director Vivek Agnihotri tweeted and said, ‘I agree with this. You are abused and punished for talking of genocide of Kashmiri Hindus in your own country.
