Dr Vivek Gupta is a well-known Cardiologist at Apollo Hospitals, Delhi. Raju Srivastava was taking medicines for the last 20 years on the advice of Dr. Vivek Gupta. In such a situation, on 7th August i.e. on 10th August, 3 days before the day he was admitted to AIIMS Hospital, he reached Dr Vivek’s house party. Doctor Vivek also asked him that you are fine. Dr. Vivek Gupta openly told about a shortcoming of Raju Srivastava that Raju did not listen to anyone. He used to hide his words and did not discuss. Raju Srivastava was a heart patient. In such a situation, he always consulted the doctor and used to take medicines from him. On 7th August, when Raju Srivastava had reached Dr. Vivek’s house at the party, the doctor asked him about his well being, then he said that day that everything is fine.

Dr Vivek Gupta told that he often forbade Raju to go to the gym and run on the treadmill, because Raju Srivastava was a heart patient. The doctor told that Raju Srivastava used to run on a treadmill at a speed of 5 kilometers per hour, which a young boy does. He was a heart patient, he was told many times that he should not go to the gym, just walk normally, but he used to run very fast on the treadmill. This is a very big reason which happened on 10th August. Therefore, whoever is a heart patient, he must keep some things in mind.

If any patient is suffering from heart disease or has had a heart attack before, then do not use the gym in such a situation, do not run fast on the treadmill, do only normal walk, do light exercise.
