Akshay Kumar is missing his mother a lot on Mother’s Day, shares his feelings

Mumbai: On the special day of Mother’s Day, many Bollywood stars and celebrities are sharing heart-warming pictures and posts with their mothers on social media. However, some of these stars were also such, with whom their mother was not with them on this occasion. These include Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar, who lost his mother in September last year. Akshay Kumar has now expressed grief over not being with him on the occasion of Mother’s Day. The actor also wrote a post, in which he told that he spent his first Mother’s Day without his mother’s presence.

The superstar shared an old picture of himself with his mother Aruna Bhatia on his official Instagram handle, in which he is seen smiling with his mother. Sharing the photo, Akshay Kumar also wrote an emotional note and expressed grief over not being with his mother. Along with this, he also told how he remembers his mother every day.

Akshay Kumar wrote in his post- ‘Well, not a day goes by when you do not think about it, but today I am missing a lot after seeing the photos of everyone’s #MothersDay. Miss you Ma.’ Along with this, the actor has also created a red heart emoji. It is clear from Akshay Kumar’s post that he is missing his mother a lot on the occasion of Mother’s Day.

Let me tell you, Akshay Kumar’s mother had said goodbye to this world on September 8 last year. He was admitted to the ICU of Hiranandani Hospital in Mumbai. Informing about his mother’s demise, the actor had tweeted, “She was my essence. And today I feel an unbearable pain at the core of my existence. My mother Mrs. Aruna Bhatia left this world peacefully this morning and reunited with my father in another world. I respect your prayers as my family and I are going through this phase. Peace.”
